About us
Over 125 years ago, the great-grandfather of the landlady Rose Burkhardt acquired the Gasthof Hirsch. This was always passed on to the daughter.
In 1961 Rose Burkhardt took over the business of Berta and Richard Kugler with her husband Otto. After this takeover, you put all your vigor and strength into the constant reinvention.
Even today Rose and Otto are active in the company and support their son energetically.

1993
For the first time a son took over the business. Klaus Burkhardt is professional –butcher and chef.
